He discusses the "Yellowstone Connection" involving the famous western landscape photographer William Henry Jackson, the influential Haynes family, and their connection to Yellowstone National Park. Dorothy Ryan writes about Samuel Schmucker's life and art. Together they tell the captivating story of this important American artist from Pennsylvania and how his lost art was discovered near Yellowstone National Park.
